Welcome to Nutrition Pillar. By accessing or using our website, services, or making purchases, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under parental/guardian supervision.
  • Coaching services are available worldwide.
  • Supplement deliveries are only available in Algeria.

2. Membership Access

  • No login is required — access is granted through membership codes.
  • Membership types:
    • Athlete
    • Coach/Expert
  • Membership codes are issued by administration after payment confirmation.

3. Athlete Membership

Athletes can:

  • View their membership details (plan type, coach, remaining days).
  • Submit applications to coaches.

Note: Administration will contact athletes directly (email/phone) to arrange payment.

4. Coach/Expert Membership

Coaches/Experts can:

  • View and manage client applications.
  • Accept or reject applications.
  • Access client membership details and assigned codes.

Important: Once an application is accepted, payment must be confirmed by administration before activation.

5. Orders & Payments (Supplements)

  • Pay on Delivery (COD) is currently supported.
  • Online payments will be available soon.
  • Deliveries are limited to Algeria.

6. Payments (Coaching Services)

  • Multiple payment methods will be proposed (bank transfer, payment links, etc.).
  • Athletes must provide proof of payment before activation.
  • After confirmation, the athlete is officially connected to their coach.

7. Responsibilities of Users

You agree not to:

  • Share membership codes without authorization.
  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Misuse or attempt to access data not related to your membership.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Supplements: Always consult a healthcare professional before use.
  • Coaching: Results may vary; we are not responsible for outcomes of coaching programs.
  • Platform: We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or technical errors.

9. Termination of Membership

  • Membership may be suspended or terminated if:
    • Payment is not verified.
    • These Terms are violated.
  • Administration reserves the right to refuse service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria.
